Dr. Caroline Fisher' s main research interests include customer focus and satisfaction and new product development.  Within the area of energy, she is interested in determining consumer needs and wants for energy products to help develop new sources of energy that meet the needs of customers and that will be widely accepted.

Dr. Roger Solano' s main research interests are in the area of service operations with focus on managing operations in information-intensive services, and global business process outsourcing. He is a member of INFORMS. He is also interested in the areas of sustainability audits and developing a decision-modeling framework to generate a comprehensive analysis of different energy research options in an effort to guide limited resources.
